图书馆项目管理研究述评

摘要

Project management has been applied to libraries since 1980s. The paper reviews the studies and practices of library project management at home and abroad, including the reasons, procedures, methods and types of projects. Besides, organizational structures which represent the conflicts between project management and processing management in library have been discussed, and some cases of library project management are also reviewed.%文章回顾了20世纪80年代以来国内外图书馆界项目管理的理论与实践。除了图书馆应用项目管理的理由、流程、方法和领域外，部分理论研究涉及项目管理和业务管理在组织结构中的冲突。文章对国内外几个典型的图书馆项目管理案例进行了点评和比较。
