基于信息参与的图书馆服务模式创新

摘要

The wide application of new media technology keeps expanding the digital divide, so bridging of the digital divide helps enhance the citizens’information participation. This article analyzes the connotation of the digital divide from the per-spective of information ethics and discusses the service innovation of the library. It is considered that the library needs to make efforts in following directions: professional digital information services, physical and virtual space creation, user needs perception and information literacy training, and the establishment of public and private partnerships.%随着新媒介技术的广泛应用,数字鸿沟呈扩大化态势,弥合数字鸿沟有助于提高公民信息参与程度.文章从信息伦理学角度分析数字鸿沟内涵,探讨图书馆服务创新,认为图书馆需要在专业化的数字信息服务、物理和虚拟空间创建、用户需求感知和信息素养培训、公私合作伙伴关系建立等方面作出努力.
