我国省级公共图书馆文化扶贫的模式研究

摘要

文章以我国省级公共图书馆为研究对象,从参与文化扶贫的主体、文化扶贫对象和文化扶贫活动三个层面总结了省级公共图书馆文化扶贫的现状,在此基础上提炼出省级公共图书馆参与文化扶贫的三种模式:直接文化扶贫,间接文化扶贫与合作文化扶贫.通过对现况和模式的分析,为省级公共图书馆进一步做好文化扶贫工作提出建议:推进文化精准扶贫、打造扶贫馆员队伍、加强图书馆扶贫宣传推广、重视数字文化扶贫.%Taking provincial public libraries as research objects, this article introduces the present situation of cultural poverty alleviation in provincial public libraries from three aspects: the subject, the object and the activities of cultural poverty allevia-tion. On this basis, three cultural poverty alleviation modes in provincial public libraries are concluded: direct poverty alleviation, indirect poverty alleviation and cooperation poverty alleviation. Furthermore, this article brings out four suggestions: promoting the accuracy of cultural poverty alleviation, building the librarian teams for cultural poverty alleviation, strengthening the promo-tions of poverty alleviation in the library, and paying more attention to digital culture poverty alleviation.
