文章介绍和分析了《鲜活的知识：大英图书馆2015-2023》报告的结构和主要内容，着重阐述了该报告中关于图书馆管理、学术研究、图书馆服务、图书馆文化、教育以及国际合作等六大核心目标的战略规划，认为大英图书馆关于未来发展目标、愿景以及创新驱动力等方面的规划对我国公共图书馆制定适合我国国情和社会发展的展览规划具有一定的借鉴意义。%Based on the current development of the British library, introduced and analyzed the major content and struc-ture of “Living Knowledge: The British Library 2015-2023”report.From the six core strategic target: custodianship, re-search, business, culture, learning and international partnership, it highlights the British Library on planning aspects of the future development goals, vision and innovation the driving force etc. The report has certain reference significance in how to grasp the future development trends and changes to our country public library, and formulating suitably for China's national conditions and social development of the library strategic planning.
