条件价值法引入图书馆社会价值评估的可行性分析——以条件价值法在国内其他行业评估的应用为例

摘要

Contingent Valuation Method （CVM） is applied in fields of eco-system, environment protection and public infrastructure construction in China, but hasn＇t been applied in the evaluation of library social value. Currently, nearly all application cases of CVM show that the method has defects. To realize the evaluation and calculation of library social value, libraries should take full prophase preparation, design questionnaire reasonably, and examine the stability of survey results.%条件价值法（CVM）在国内已用于生态、环境保护及公共设施建设等众多领域，但是尚未被应用于图书馆社会价值评估中。从现有的CVM应用案例来看，CVM尚有不足之处。为尽早实现图书馆社会价值的评估与测算，图书馆需要充分做好前期准备，进行合理的调查问卷设计，并对调查结果进行可靠性检验。
