人文及社会科学第二外语数字研究资源建设探讨——以台湾地区“补助人文及社会科学第二外语研究资源建置计划”为例

摘要

人文及社会科学第二外语数字研究资源建设的必要性日益突出。台湾地区的＂补助人文及社会科学第二外语研究资源建置计划＂采用了集中构建模式,并选择拥有丰富的指定语种研究资源的机构作为资源建设中心。该计划对研究群体进行了深入的调研,严谨设定了资源采购清单,重视相关开放存取资源的收集,其资源组织工作做得科学、细致、有效,为我国大陆地区人文及社会科学第二外语数字研究资源建设提供了宝贵的经验。%The necessity of the construction of second foreign language digital resources for research on the humanities and social sciences becomes more prominent.＇＇Project of subsidizing construction of second foreign language resources for research on the humanities and social sciences＇＇ in Taiwan has adopted the centralized construction model,and chooses the institution with plentiful digital resources for research in specified language as the construction center.The project has investigated into the research group deeply,determined the resource purchasing list strictly,paid attention to collecting Open Access resources,and organized resources scientifically,meticulously and effectively.It has provided valuable experience for Chinese mainland to construct second foreign language digital resources for research on the humanities and social sciences.
