生态文明视角下的秦岭北麓西安段乡村旅游发展问题与对策

摘要

随着国家"五位一体"总战略的进行,生态文明被提到了更高的位置,作为国家重要生态功能区构成部分的秦岭要进行乡村旅游开发,就面临着非常严重的生态约束.在此背景下,在理清生态文明与乡村旅游相辅相成关系的基础上,结合秦岭北麓乡村旅游发展迅速、乡村旅游分布格局逐渐形成的现状及存在对生态环境重视不足、缺乏人文环境的营造、乡村生态旅游产品同质化严重等问题,提出秦岭北麓乡村旅游进一步发展应严格乡村旅游发展管理、加强生态环境保护宣传、最大限度的挖掘传统文化、建设生态型乡村旅游服务设施等对策,以期为秦岭北麓的生态环境保护与乡村旅游的融合发展提供参考.%With five-in-one strategy going onecological civilization has been lifted to a higher level.So to de-velop rural tourism is faced with serious ecological problems.Under this background,On the basis of under-standing the complementary relationship between ecological civilization and rural tourism,combining the cur-rent situation of the rapid development of rural tourism in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains,and the grad-ual formation of the distribution pattern of rural tourism,analyze the existing problems of the lack of attention to the ecological environment and humanistic environment and the serious homogenization of rural eco-tourism products.The paper suggests that the further development of rural tourism in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains should be strict with the management of rural tourism development,the publicity of ecological envi-ronment protection,the maximum excavation of traditional culture and the construction of ecological rural tourism service facilities.so as to provide reference for the development of combination of rural tourism and ec-ological civilization protection.
