基于有限元的磁光材料费尔德常数测试研究

摘要

正交消光法是磁光材料法拉第效应测试的一种常用方法.针对磁场测量的难度,采用有限元方法研究了系统中磁场的影响因素,改进了测试方案.和传统测试方法相比较,结果的准确度与精密度得到了提高.该测试方法可以应用于磁光材料费尔德常数的测试.%Orthogonal extinction method is a commonly used way for testing Faraday effect of magneto-optical materials. As accurate measurement of magnetic field intensity is difficult, the Finite Element Method ( FEM) is used to study the influencing factor of magnetic field to improve the test solution. Compared to the traditional method, both accuracy and precision are enhanced. The method can be applied to measure the Verdet constant of magneto-optical materials.
