紧凑型增强现实头盔显示器光学系统设计

         

摘要

A hybrid diffractive-refractive compact optical system of head-mounted display for augmented reality was designed,and the system has field of view of 26.3°×19.7°,eye relief of 20 mm,exit pupil of 8 mm and focal length of 32 mm.By introducing diffractive surface and high-order aspherical design,the lightweight system is realized.The utilization ratios of optical energy in inner channel and outer channel are 1/4 and 1/2 respectively.The diameter of this system is less than 45 mm and the weight is less than 8 g.This head-mounted display can satisfy the demands of user in structure,and imaging quality approaches diffraction limit,and the maximum field curvature and the maximum astigmatism are 45 μm,46 μm respectively;the distortion is less than 5%,and the maximum lateral chromatic aberra-tion is only 6.9 μm,which satisfies the need of“combining real with virtual”for augmented reality.%设计了一种用于增强现实的紧凑型头盔显示器光学系统,该系统视场角26.3°×19.7°,焦距32 mm,出瞳距离20 mm,出瞳直径8 mm。在光学系统中使用衍射面与高次非球面设计,实现了光学系统的轻量化,系统内、外两个光通道的光能量利用率分别为1/4和1/2,光学系统镜头直径小于45 mm,重量小于8 g,不仅在结构上满足使用者头戴要求,而且成像质量接近衍射极限,最大场曲和最大像散分别为45μm和46μm,畸变小于5%,最大垂轴色差值仅为6.9μm,满足增强现实“虚实结合”显示需求。
