尿素皮带栈桥腐蚀破坏原因分析与修复措施

摘要

There is corrosion damage in a large area on the concrete structure of firea belt trestle and the main reason through the analysis is urea corrosion. The repair includes FRP sheet used for wall material and the surface of concrete structure cleaned and ca%尿素皮带栈桥混凝土结构出现较大面积的腐蚀破坏现象，分析栈桥腐蚀破坏的主要原因是尿素腐蚀。采用玻璃钢板材做墙体材料，混凝土结构表面清理，应用碳纤维加固进行修复，从而有效的抵御尿素粉尘的腐蚀，整体提高栈桥的强度及使用寿命。
