The design,selected packing material,type and installation of pressure leakage-blockingfixture are introduced, the main cause for stem leak from the plate-valve of steam turbine analyzed and simple treatment proposed and a good effect achieved.%介绍带压堵漏卡具的设计、卡具填料的选用材质、类型及安装，分析汽轮机提板阀在运行中阀杆漏气的主要原因，提出简单处理方法，收到了较好的效果。
