德国鲁尔区工业城市更新过程中的景观转化以波鸿城西公园为例

摘要

For a long time, the industrial area in Ruhr, Germany was taken as a successful example of urban redevelopment, but seldom do researchers focus on specific changes during this whole process from a micro perspective. Taking the transformation of urban landscape(TUL) of the Westpark as case study, this paper reviews and witnesses the ongoing structure and population changes, that is the city renewal process, in Ruhr, Germany. By using Landscape transformation theory, this paper discusses and evaluates the process of how Westpark was transformed from an abandoned factory into a urban public space and a cultural center from the perspectives of social, economy, history and ecology. This paper also discusses the operation mechanism and the development of the planning method of the process and extends the analysis to related regional and local planning background.%一直以来德国鲁尔工业区都被认为是老工业区转型成功案例，被广泛研究与借鉴，但鲜有从微观角度来探讨其城市更新过程中具体发生的改变。通过研究城市更新景观转化的具体案例——波鸿城西公园，来回顾与见证正在经历结构与人口变化的德国鲁尔工业区的城市更新进程。运用景观转化理论分别从社会、经济、历史、生态等多个维度展现与评价波鸿城西公园如何从废弃工厂转化为城市公共空间及文化中心的，并探讨这一过程的运作机制及规划方法发展过程。同时分析将拓展至与之密切相关的区域与地方规划背景。
