医学生对创新教育认知的横断面调查研究

         

摘要

Objective To understand the cognition of innovation education of freshmen in medical college .Methods A total of 240 freshmen in fall semester 2015 were investigated by self-designed questionnaire ,the main research content including innovation awareness ,education status ,learning satisfaction ,learning with teaching mode and expectation .Results Only 30 .09% and 14 .11%of the freshmen students of medical universities were familiar or well familiar with innovation education .As for the main facts influ-encing innovation education ,73 .35% of the freshmen students think it was the university′s own policy that affects while 66 .14% of them thought it was the national policy that effects .Another 55 .49% thought it was their own altitude that affected the acknowl-edge of innovation education .After getting more ways of learning as a freshmen student ,28 .21% of them change from examination type into exploratory and thinking type ,or 41 .69% type in between .74% of the students thought they gained in learning interest and 90% grown up in ability .Conclusion It is feasible to carry out innovation education among freshman in the medicine colleges and universities ,but it should be further improve the relevant systems and measures based on the the existing teaching method and system ,setup innovative educational concept ,improve curriculum system ,and education evaluation system .%目的 了解医学院校大一新生对创新教育的认知.方法 自制调查问卷,选择2015年秋季入学的临床医学五年制336名本科新生为调查对象,主要调查内容涉及创新教育的认知度、学习现状、学习满意度、教学模式认知和期望五个方面.结果 医学院校的大一新生在进入高等院校第一年,仅有30.09%和14.11%的学生对创新教育熟悉和非常熟悉,而在影响创新教育的主要因素方面有73.35%的学生认为是学校政策,66.14%归因于国家教育制度,另有55.49%认为与自己的配合度相关.而进入大一后随着学习生活的逐步适应28.21%的学生学习方式从应试型改变为探索思考型,另41.69%二者兼有;74%的学生认为自己的学习兴趣得到了提升,90%的认为能力得到增长.结论 在医学院校从大一开始推行创新教育体制是可行的,但应在现有教学方法 和制度机制基础上,进一步完善相关制度措施,要树立起创新教育的新观念、构建创新教育课程体系.
