羟丙基倍他环糊精对SD大鼠血常规及血清生化指标的影响

摘要

目的 观察羟丙基倍他环糊精(HP-β-CD)对大鼠临床症状、血液学、血液生化指标的影响.方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,羟丙基倍他环糊精低、中、高剂量组各10只分别给予羟丙基倍他环糊精500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg,对照组给生理盐水,连续尾静脉给药6周.结果 1 000、2 000 mg/kg剂量组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积降低,尿素氮含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),2 000 mg/kg 剂量组肌酐水平升高(P<0.05).结论 羟丙基倍他环糊精1000、2 000mg/kg剂量组能引起大鼠溶血和肾功能的减退.%Objective To investigate the effects of HP-P-CD on clinical symptom, hematological parameters and blood biochemical parameters in rats. Methods Fourty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. 6-week rats (SD) were administrated with HP-p-CD at doses of 500,1000 and 2000 mg/kg/day by continuous intravenous infusion. Results There was no effect on survival and outer appearance and behavior comparing with control group. At both 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg/day groups, there was a decrease in the number of RBC, content of Hb and HCT, while plasma BUN level increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01).It showed increasing in plasma CRE level at 2 000 mg/kg/day. Conclusion HP-p-CD could induce hemolysis and renal function damaged in rats at both 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg/day dose.
