The article made an analysis from the image of women in the tension between “love” and “evil” and elaborated the strict anatomical psychological analysis method and innovative narrative techniques in the novel. It ’s regarded as a new expansion in describing the sufferings of women by Yan Geling which showed the creativity in writing style.
