培育与建设民办高校大学精神的若干思考

摘要

College spirit is the internal motivation and requirement for universities 'stable development.After 20 years of develop-ment, most non-governmental institutions of higher learning have taken their shapes .However, to keep sustainable development , non-governmental institutions of higher learning must make their own name plates , i.e., their unique college spirits.In the process of cultivating college spirit , non-governmental institutions of higher learning must improve essential rules and regulations to breed college spirit, stabilize staff team to agglomerate college spirits , create anthem and mottos to concise college spirit , con-struct campus culture to reflect college spirit , and pay attention to practical activity to improve college spirit .%　　大学精神是大学稳定发展的内在动力和要求。大部分民办高校经过30多年的发展已初具规模，但若要保持可持续发展，必须打造属于自己的“名片”，即独具特色的大学精神。民办高校在培育大学精神的过程中，要健全规章制度，孕育大学精神；稳定教师队伍，凝聚大学精神；创造校歌、校训，凝练大学精神；营造文化校园，体现大学精神；重视实践活动，助推大学精神。
