我国民办本科院校发展的各阶段特征与策略建议

         

摘要

Non-governmental institutions of higher learning in China have experienced four stages of development in the past twen -ty years:the germination stage , the brewing development stage , the rapid development stage , and the transition stage .Each stage has shown its different characteristics of the times and their own characters .In the future development strategy for non-gov-ernmental institutions of higher learning , from their own level , they should highlight non-governmental nature , characteristics , in-novation , and adherence to the dislocation development;from the state and government level , they should grasp the justice , inde-pendence, entirety, and strengthening top design;from the social and educational level , they should focus on public welfare , re-spect, rational, and overcoming the subjective prejudice .%我国民办本科院校在近二十年中大致经历了萌芽发端期、酝酿发展期、快速发展期和发展转型期等四个阶段,每个阶段都表现出不同的时代特征和自身特点。在未来发展策略上,民办本科院校自身层面应突出民办机制,在特色和创新上下工夫,坚持错位发展;国家和政府层面应把握公正、自主、整体,加强顶层设计;社会和受教育主体层面应着眼公益、尊重、理性,克服主观偏见。
