日本国语政策中的“废除和限制汉字”现象

“Abolishing and limiting use of Chinese characters” has existed for a long term in Japanese national language policy .One of the purposes is to weaken effects of China on Japan in the past millenni-um ,construct equality relation with western big powers and become a modern country .Under the heavy pressure of western civilization of “one country ,one nation and one language” ,Japan implements reform and unification of national language .This paper focuses on“abolishing and limiting use of Chinese charac-ters”in Japanese national language policy to sort each school and the representatives ,recalls changes of “a-bolishing and limiting use of Chinese characters”and reveals contradictions of Japan in the campaign of “a-bolishing and limiting use of Chinese characters” .%日本“国语政策”中的“废除和限制汉字”现象由来已久，其目的之一即是要削弱近千年来中国对日本的影响力，构筑与西洋列强的平等关系，成为现代化国家。在西洋文明的“一国、一民族、一语言”的重压之下，日本实施了国语的改革和统一。文章围绕着“国语政策”中的“废除和限制汉字”现象，对各流派及其代表人物的主张进行了梳理，回溯了“废除和限制汉字”运动的变迁，揭示了日本在“废除和限制汉字”运动中所体现的矛盾性。
