设计了一套基于LabVIEW的光声光谱检测系统,可通过计算机实现仪器控制、实验参数设置、数据自动采集和处理,以及动态监控实验过程和实时显示实验结果.用该系统测量了Er2O3的光声光谱,所得结果与其标准光声谱线一致.实验结果表明:该系统操作简便、性能稳定,可广泛应用于固态样品的光声光谱检测.%A measurement system of photoacoustic spectrum based on Lab VIEW was developed. In this system, instrument control, parameter set, data acquisition and data processing could be realized automatically. Moreover, the system had the functions of dynamic monitoring experiment process and real-time display of experimental results. The photoacoustic spectrum of Er2O3 sample was measured by this system, and the results turned out in good accordance with its standard spectrum curve. The experimental results showed that the system was easy to operate and runs steadily. Therefore the system could be widely used in photoacoustic spectrum measurement of solid samples.
