桃花汤并非温涩之剂

By researching “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”on syndromes of Pink Decoction, referring to Mr. Ran Xuefeng's theory,and his own clinical practice, the author puts forwards doubts on the decoction being warm and puckery; he thinks the decoction is not for deficiency cold and fatigue, but for excessive hot syndrome; it is specially used for diarrhea and pus and blood stool,with functions of removing toxin, decay and pus, producing new muscle and protecting stomach.%通过研读<伤寒论>有关桃花汤证的条文,参阅冉雪峰之说,并结合自己的临证实践体会,对桃花汤是温涩之剂提出质疑.作者认为,桃花汤证并非虚寒滑脱证,而是湿热毒邪侵入营血、腐肠成脓的实热证;桃花汤也不是温涩之剂,而是治疗下利脓血便的专用方,具有祛腐解毒、排脓生肌、兼护胃气的功效.
