补气养阴活血化瘀治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

摘要

[目的]观察中药补气养阴活血化瘀治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效.[方法]选取101例患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组32例,实验组35例.治疗组及对照组两组均予常规抗病毒,营养心肌等对症治疗;治疗组加服补气养阴活血化癣剂;实验组单纯用中药治疗.[结果]治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.12%和81.2%.两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).实验组总有效率为85.71%,优于对照组.[结论]中药补气养阴,活血化疥治疗病毒性心肌炎有显著效果,且无明显毒副作用.%[Objective] To observe the cure effect of notifying Qi and Yin activate blood circulation to remove stasis(NQYABCRS)on virus myocarditis. [ Method] 66 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(1) and control group(2); both given routine anti-virus and cardiac muscle nutrition; the group 2 added with NQYABCRS. [Result] Two groups had total effective rates 94.12％ and 81.2％ respectively, with marked difference between them. [Conclusion] TCM NQYABCRS has obvious cure effect on virus myocarditis, without marked side effects.
