祛风化痰止咳方合用西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘30例疗效观察

摘要

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of self-made Qufeng Huatan Zhike Decoction and western medicine on CVA.[Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into treatment group and control group; control group takes "Seretide evohaler", the treatment group added with Qufeng Huatan Zhike Decoction. [Result] On total effective rate,80.00％ for control one, 96.67％ for treatment group; on recurrence rate, 25.00％ for control group,6.90％ for treatment group; by comparison, treatment group better than control one. [Conclusion] The said decoction and WM have better cure effect on CVA.%[目的]观察自拟"祛风化痰止咳"方结合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效.[方法]60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分成治疗组和时照组,对照组予吸入"舒利迭",治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟"祛风化痰治咳"方.[结果]总有效率:对照组80.00%,治疗组96.67%;复发率:对照组25.00%,治疗组6.90%.治疗组与对照组相比,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).[结论]采用自拟"祛风化痰止咳"方结合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘具有较好的疗效.
