[Objective]To explore the clinical value of anterior cervical single gap reduced pressure and vertebra sub—full resection combined with operation treating multi—segmented myelopathy spondylosis. [Method] Trace back and analyse the clinical effect of 36 multi—segmental myelopathy spondylosis cases treated with method above. Make full medical examination and iconographic tests. The cases in the group were followed up for 6-32m, 14m in average. [Result] After operation, all cases' JOA scores were increased markedly, and the improvement rate was of statistical meaning. Under Odom's clinical effect grades, 29 cases were excellent, 5 good, and the excellence rate 94.44%. [Conclusion] The said method treating the disease above had thorough reduced pressure, solid and strong, had ideal recovery, safe and reliable operation.%[目的]探讨颈椎前路单间隙减压加椎体次全切除联合手术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床价值.[方法]回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年3月我院脊柱骨科采用颈椎前路联合手术治疗36例多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果.术前行完整体格检查及影像学检查(颈椎X线、CT、MRI).本组病例随访6～32个月,平均14个月.[结果]36例患者术后JOA评分均明显提高,改善率有统计学意义(P＜0.05).根据Odom's临床效果分级,优29例,良5例,优良率达到94.44％.[结论]采用颈椎前路单间隙减压加椎体次全切除联合手术治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病,减压彻底、固定坚强、多节段椎间高度均恢复理想,手术安全可靠.
