辛苍汤鼻腔灌洗对哮喘儿童缓解期细胞因子的调控作用

[Objective] By parallel comparison, dynamic observation study Xin Cang soup nasal lavage effect on cytokines levels of IFN -y and IL -4 in asthmatic children. [Method] In 2011 July-2011 December, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine asthma specialty clinic, 136 cases of nasal symptoms in children with asthma were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, the treatment group were treated with Singcang soup nasal lavage every other day and the control group given saline, the course was 2 months. We detected nasal lavage fluid and serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels before, between and after treatment. [Results]Before treatment, peripheral blood and nasal lavage fluid levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 were shown no significant difference between two groups.Compared to control group, the treatment group had significandy higher levels of IFN -y in peripheral blood and nasal lavage fluid during the treatment and after treatment. However, the levels of IL-4 in peripheral blood and nasal lavage fluid of the patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. [Conclusion] Xin Cang soup nasal lavage can modulate IFN- γ and IL-4 levels in asthmatic children, inhibit airway chronic inflammation, reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.%[目的]研究辛苍汤鼻腔灌洗对哮喘儿童细胞因子干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素(IL-4)的作用.[方法]将2011年7月至2011年12月期间至上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院哮喘专科门诊就诊的136例有鼻部症状的哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予“辛苍汤”和生理盐水鼻腔灌洗,隔日1次,疗程2月.在治疗前、治疗间和治疗后检测两组鼻腔灌洗液及血清中IFN-γ和IL-4,比较其差异.[结果]两组间在治疗前各项指标无差异(P＞0.05)；在治疗中和治疗后,治疗组外周血及鼻腔灌洗液中IFN-γ水平升高(P＜0.05)、IL-4降低(P＜0.05).[结论]辛苍汤鼻腔灌洗能明显改善哮喘患儿外周血及鼻腔灌洗液细胞因子IFN-γ及IL-4水平,具有抑制气道内慢性炎症、降低气道高反应性,疗效优于生理盐水灌洗对照组.
