少数民族政治认同直接关系到社会成员对国家政权的认可度和忠诚度,决定着民族地区乃至整个国家政权的稳定.就我国这样一个多民族国家而言,少数民族政治认同是全面建成小康社会的基础.在各级政府的努力下,我国在少数民族和少数民族地区的各个领域的建设都取得了显著成绩.但是,各民族在分享社会发展带来成果的同时,区域间、 民族间的发展的不平衡、政治体制以及运行机制不健全、地区资源的利用与分配不均衡、社会阶层的分化等现象在一定范围内引发了新的民族问题,并由此对少数民族的政治认同产生了影响.因此,针对少数民族地区特殊的经济、政治、文化、社会、生态环境等情况,按照"五位一体"思想进行顶层设计,全面推进民族地区改革,以改革促发展,以民族地区的全面发展增强少数民族及其成员的政治认同.%The political identification of ethnic minorities has a direct effect on the approbation degree and loyalty of people to the state power. Moreover,it determines the stability of the political power in the ethnic areas,even in the entire country. With regard to a multinational country as ours,the political identity of ethnic minorities is the basis for building a well-to-do society. With the efforts of governments at all levels,ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas of China have made remarkable achievements in various fields. However,while all ethnic groups are sharing the fruits of social development,problems like the unbalanced development among regions and nations,the unsoundness of political system and operational mechanisms,the unbalanced use and distribution of regional resources and the division of social class triggered new ethnic issues within a certain range,thus it affected the political identity of ethnic minorities. Therefore,according to the special economic,political,cultural, social,and ecological environment in ethnic minority areas,top-level design according to the "five in one" ideology will be carried out to promote the reform of ethnic regions,then promote development through reform and enhance political identification of ethnic minorities and their members with all-round development of ethnic regions.
