Planning and preparation is an important teaching link of the B-SLIM Teaching Model. Based on the analysis of the teaching materials, understanding of the students’ cognitive level and ability and integration of various teaching resources, the teacher decides on the teaching idea he or she is going to use and make a predetermination of classroom teaching. It has the direct bearing on the teaching effect and the quality of teaching. The teacher must make planning and preparation with utmost care before every lesson begins in the hope of achieving effective classroom teaching.%备课及教学准备是B-SLIM教学模式教学环节中的重要一环。它是教师在把握教材、了解学生认知水平和能力及整合各种教学资源的基础上，确定教学思路，对课堂进行预设的一个重要手段，直接关系到教学效果的好坏及教学质量的高低。教师必须精心做好每一节课前的备课及教学准备，以期实现有效的课堂教学。
