扭转治安构序之无分之分--朗西埃的政治主体性视野

摘要

Ranciere distinguished the concepts of “police” and“political” in a new way without separating the links between them , which let “part of no part” come into political space .The principle of equality was filled with occasionality under traditional police order , and was universalized by political field which was filled with dissent and disputes .In the police order , “many” was counted as “one”, which in fact was“vain”.The ways to break or reverse disturbed and corrected the mistakes of police order , and let ambiguity exist and find its shelter .The political subject of physical distribution broke the shackles of traditional ra-tional distribution .But it did not mean disorder or disorderliness , it meant new reason under perceptual dis-tribution.%朗西埃以全新的言说方式将“政治”与“治安”区别开来，但又并未割裂二者之联系。这一区别为无分之分进入政治之实打开了全新空间：传统治安秩序下的平等原则充满了不确定与偶然性，而充满异见与争论的政治之场域则将其普遍化；治安秩序下的主体从“多”被统摄成为同质化的“一”，实则为不具实质之空集；打破或扭转的方式扰乱与纠正治安构序之“过错”，让“歧义”能不断存在并有其栖身之所；遵循感性身体分配之政治主体突破了传统理性分配之桎梏，但并不意味着混乱和无秩序，而是一种感性分配下的新理性。
