尿激酶一次性两端注射配合手法按摩在动静脉内瘘血栓溶栓中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨尿激酶一次性两端注射配合手法按摩用于动静脉内瘘血栓溶栓的疗效.方法 6例患者9例次动静脉内瘘血栓形成,采用尿激酶一次性两端注射配合局部手法按摩及常规低分子肝素、阿司匹林进行治疗,观察溶栓疗效及不良反应.结果 9例次溶栓治疗患者,成功9例次,成功率100％.局部出血1例次,出血率11.1％,经压迫止血后好转,未发生严重的并发症.结论 尿激酶一次性两端注射配合手法按摩治疗动静脉内瘘血栓形成,操作简便,溶通时间短,不良反应少,成功率高.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of urokinase injection combined with manual massage in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis.Methods Arteriovenous fistula thrombosis was reported in six patients at nine sites.Then,a single injection of urokinase and manual massage and conventional low molecular weight heparin and aspirin were performed.Then,the efficacy and adverse reactions of thrombolysis were observed.Results All the patients were successfully treated.Local hemorrhage was reported in one case,with a bleeding rate of 11.1％,which was improved after hemostasis by compression,and no serious complication occurred.Conclusions A simple injection of urokinase combined with manual massage is an easy approach to treat arteriovenous fistula thrombosis,with short dissolution time,less adverse reactions,but a high successful rate.
