翼状胬肉患者泪膜功能的初步研究

摘要

目的探讨翼状胬肉患者泪膜功能的变化。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院眼科翼状胬肉患者（病例组）及健康体检者（对照组）各34例，分别行眼干症状询问、基础泪液分泌实验（SⅠt ）、泪膜破裂时间测定（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（FL）、结膜印迹细胞学（CIC）检查。结果病例组SⅠ t的平均值（7．67 mm）显著低于对照组的平均值（12．03 mm）（P＜0．05）；病例组BUT的平均值为5．83 s ，显著短于对照组的10．05 s （P＜0．05）。病例组症状、SⅠt、BUT的阳性比率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；FL、CIC的阳性比率与对照组相比无明显差异（P＞0．05）。SⅠt与BUT呈正相关（r＝0．513），与FL评分呈负相关（r＝-0．575），BUT与FL评分呈负相关（r＝-0．581），CIC与SⅠt （r ＝-0．261）、BUT呈负相关（r ＝-0．357），与FL评分呈正相关（r ＝0．564）。翼状胬肉病史年限与干眼症状、SⅠ t、BU T、FL评分、CIC评分之间无相关性。结论翼状胬肉患者泪膜功能异常率明显增高，泪腺分量减少，易出现干眼症状。%Objective To investigate changes of tear film function in the ocular surface of patients with pte-rygium .Methods 34 patients with pterygium (case group) and the healthy control group from the first af-filiated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University ,Inclusion criteria was :The frist ,respectively inquiries dry eye symptoms .Second ,all of the patients should check the following three contents :Schirmer I test ,the tear strip wet long <10 mm/5 min was the positive result .Tear break-up time (BUT)<10 s was the ab-normal result and Fluorescien staining (FL) ,and the corneal epithelial cells had be stained were positive results ;conjunctival impression cytology (CIC) test .Results Results in case group SⅠt average of 7 .67 mm was significantly lower than the control group mean of 12 .03 mm (P <0 .05);BUT average:5 .83 s case group was significantly shorter than the control group 10 .05 s (P <0 .05) .Case group of dry eye symp-tom ,SⅠt and BUT the positive rate is significantly higher than the control group (P<0 .05);the positive rate of FL and CIC is no significant difference compared with control group (P >0 .05) .SⅠ t and BUT were positively correlated (r =0 .513) ,and FL score was negatively correlated (r = -0 .575) ,BUT with FL score was negatively correlated (r = -0 .581) ,CIC and SⅠt (r = -0 .261) ,BUT was negative corre-lation (r = -0 .357) ,and FL score was positively correlated (r =0 .564) .History of life and symptoms of dry eye pterygium ,SⅠ t ,BUT ,FL score ,CIC was no correlation between the scores .Conclusion Pa-tients with pterygium tear film dysfunction was significantly higher ,lacrimal gland component is reduced , prone to dry eye .
