西点军校荣誉体系对我军院校之启示

摘要

When constructing Honor System , special attention should be paid to the education of honor , the refine-ment of norms and the invironment influence .These are implications of Honor System in West Point to Chinese mil-itary academy .Chinese military academy could construct their own honor system based on West Point experience .%学员荣誉体系构建注重荣誉教育、细化荣誉准则、重视环境熏陶、注重荣誉程序保障，这是西点军校荣誉体系对我军的启示。借鉴西点军校荣誉体系经验，可从校训与荣誉准则确立、荣誉制度构建、组织机构建立、荣誉教育加强、环境氛围营造以及惩罚方式完善等六个方面，构建我军院校学员荣誉体系。
