接地网腐蚀状态监测传感器的优化布置方法

         

摘要

针对目前发变电站接地网的检测问题,常用的物理方法需大规模挖掘来检查接地网的腐蚀和断裂情况,不但影响发变电站的正常运行,还影响环境绿化,造成巨大的经济损失.设计了一种检测接地网腐蚀状态的三电极传感器;提出了对接地网电位分布准确判断的有限元法,先利用有限元法对接地网及周围土壤建立三维有限元模型;然后使用有限元软件ANSYS Maxwell对接地网模型进行计算,得到接地网中电场的分布情况;最后在接地网电位相对较强和较弱的土壤区域埋设三电极传感器.结果表明:利用有限元法对接地网进行建模可以仿真出接地网的电场分布,找出接地网电位较高和较低的部分,有效地简化了接地网;在不影响发变电站正常运行的情况下,根据传感器的腐蚀情况判断接地网的腐蚀情况,极大地降低了经济损失,具有实际可行的意义.%Aiming at the grounding grid detection problem of power plant and substation,common physi-cal method needs large-scale excavation to check corrosion and breakage of the grounding grid,which not only affect the normal operation of the substation, but also damage the environment greening, causing huge economic losses. In this paper, a three electrode sensor is designed to detect the corrosion of grounding grid and the finite element method is proposed to accurately determine the potential distribu-tion of grounding grid,using the finite element method to build three-dimensional finite element model for grounding grid and surrounding earth;then use the finite element analysis software ANSYS Maxwell to calculate the grounding grid model and get the distribution of the electric field in the grounding grid;at last bury grounding grid corrosion detection sensors in the area where has relatively strong and weak grounding grid electric potential. The results show:using the finite element method model of grounding grid can simulate the distribution of the electric field,find out the higher and lower part of the grounding grid,and effectively simplify the grounding grid. In the case of without affecting the operation of substa-tions,based on the corrosion state of sensors to judge the corrosion state of grounding grid,greatly reduc-ing the economic losses,has a practical significance.
