湖南省高职院校定向越野运动员选材研究

摘要

通过文献资料法,结合高职院校的教学模式,对湖南省高职院校定向越野运动员的选材进行了深入的分析.提出了湖南省高职院校定向越野运动员在选材中首先要广泛宣传、自愿报名;其次对自愿报名的学生进行身体形态、运动素质、心理素质及定向运动基本技能的测试,并对测试结果进行评价,初步确定入选人员;最后对初选队员经过一段时间的专项训练,然后再次进行身体素质和定向技能的综合测试,进一步观察队员训练的积极性及运动技能的提高幅度,从而决定最终入选队员,借以提高科学选材的成功率.%Based on relevant literature and the current teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,this paper gives an in-depth analysis of the selection of orienteering athletes.We hold that firstly a publicity is necessary for recruiting volunteers.Secondly,volunteers are to be tested in terms of their physical shape,athlete quality,psychology and basic skills in orienteering and the test results are to be evaluated to determine the initial recruiters.Thirdly,the initial recruiters are to be given a special training over a period of time and to be tested comprehensively a second time for the observation of their athlete quality and ability of orientation.The final recruitment will decide on the recruiter＇s enthusiasm and improvements in skills.This process is supposed to ensure the success rate of scientific selection.
