数控机床的故障诊断及处理

摘要

With the improvements of numerical control technology and the higher precision re-quirements for the processing, NC machine has been widely used in industrial production and processing field. However, as NC machine tool concerns mechanery, computer, and automa-tion control, its structure is more complex. When the machine fails to work, the treatment in-volves checking every procedure and may be time-consuming, hence, economic losses. This paper gives an overview of the disorder diagnoses and maintenance methods in the application of numerical control machine tool in order to improve the efficiency of disorder treatment.%由于数控机床涵盖机械、计算机、自动化控制等多个方面的内容，其结构较为复杂，当发生故障问题时需逐一进行排查，进而可能会因故障问题未能及时处理给生产造成经济损失。就数控机床在使用中常见的故障问题的诊断及维护方法等加以概述，以提高对故障的处理效率。
