基于PLC的絮凝剂自动配制系统设计

         

摘要

絮凝剂自动配制系统是根据市场需要研制的用于溶解干粉状絮凝剂,制成胶乳状溶液的一种自动配制设备。该系统采用三菱FX2N-48MR可编程控制器、FX0N-3A模拟量模块、FR-D700变频器、传感器等元器件和昆仑通态研发的人机界面TPC7062KS来实现配制溶液过程的自动化控制。本系统自动化程度高,运行稳定,能够较好的完成絮凝剂溶液配制,能满足生产工艺的要求。%To meet the needs of market, Flocculent Auto-Prepared System is designed to dis-solve dry powder flocculent and get latex solution. FX2N_48MR of the Mitsubishi PLC, FX0N-3A Analog Module, and FR-D700 Mitsubishi inverter, sensor components and human-machine interface TPC7062 KS developed by Kunluntongtai are adopted to realize an automatic control of solution process. This system has a high degree of automation, features stability, and is suit-able for the preparation of the flocculent solution. The system can meet the process require-ments.
