混凝-热活化过硫酸盐氧化预处理乳化液废水

         

摘要

针对乳化液废水可生化性差、处理困难的问题,采用混凝-热活化过硫酸盐氧化法对其进行预处理,为后续生化处理做铺垫.通过单因素实验对影响处理效果的各参数进行实验.结果表明,用硫酸铝对废水进行混凝破乳,最佳投加量为40g/L,pH 为6~7,处理后的 COD 去除率为45.24%;破乳后的出水在过硫酸钾投加量为PS∶12COD0=2,温度80℃,溶液pH 6左右,反应时间4h条件下,经氧化后,出水COD去除率为91.06%.经过混凝破乳-热活化过硫酸盐氧化预处理,COD的总去除率为95.10%,去除效果良好,可生化性得到很大提高.%Aiming at the problem of poor biodegradability and difficult treatment of emulsion wastewater,the treatment of emulsified water is studied by the method of acidification and thermal persulfate oxidation to pave the way for the following biochemical treatment.Through single factor ex-periment,the parameters of the treatment effect are tested.Results show that when aluminum sulfate is used as coagulation demulsification,with optimum dosage 40g/L,pH 6 ~ 7,the COD removal rate reaches 45.24% after treatment.Then in thermally activated persulfate oxidation,with potassium sul-fate dosage of PS∶12COD0=2,temperature 80℃,solution pH 6,and reaction time 4h,the COD re-moval rate of effluent is 91.06%.After the pretreatment of coagulation and the thermally activated persulfate oxidation,the COD of total removal rate is 9 5.1 0%,the removal efficiency is good,and the biodegradability is greatly improved.
