国家知识产权文献及信息资料库建设内容选择及建构思路探析

摘要

Nowadays, law literature database in China is lack of enough literature retrieval platforms. This paper, according to the feature of copyright literature and information database, studies the construction of copyright literature and information database from the aspects of choice of information source, construction of database platform and data including and processing, which is of significance.%目前，国内法学文献信息数据库缺失，现有文献检索平台不足，是制约法学学术研究和相关实务的重要因素。针对我国知识产权文献及信息资料库的特点，从信息源选择、资料库平台建设、数据的收录加工过程等方面对国家知识产权文献及信息资料库的建设进行研究具有重要意义。
