论总部经济与新型城镇化耦合发展的机制与模式

摘要

The development of headquarters economy is the main content of new urbanization in China. New ur-banization is a direction for headquarters economy’s transforming development. There are three coupling mechanisms for them, including production city fusion, urban-rural integration and ecological and livable environment creation. Models to establish and maintain these coupling mechanisms include Recreational Business District(RBD), Central Active Zone(CAZ)and Advanced Business Park(ABP). By the public services allocating equalization and corporate location converting, we can promote the sustainability of the coupling development between headquarters economy and new urbanization.%发展总部经济是我国新型城镇化建设的主要内容，新型城镇化是总部经济转型发展的主要方向，两者之间存在产城融合、城乡统筹和生态宜居等多个内生耦合机制。建立和维护这种耦合机制形成和运行的实现模式包括城市商业游憩区模式（RBD）、城市中央活动区模式（CAZ）以及城郊总部基地模式（ABP）。通过公共服务的均等化空间配置和企业办公区位思想的转变，促进总部经济与新型城镇化的长期可持续耦合发展。
