竞技运动教育的价值结构与价值要素

摘要

In this paper, questionnaire and principal component analysis were used to study the values and core elements of the competitive sports in China.Cronbach coefficient analysis was used to test the internal consistency of the structures of the values, which were composed of values of ideological education, behavioral education and cultural education.The core elements of competitive sports included the value of will power (C1-2), the value of competition (C2-3) and the value of sports skills.Schools at different levels should concentrate on the building of the students' will power.Sports departments at different levels should ensure equal competition.Retired elite athletes should be encouraged to give professional training to the public.%主要采用问卷调查法、主成分分析法,研究现阶段中国竞技运动教育价值及其核心要素;采用克伦巴赫(Cronbach)系数分析,对竞技运动教育价值结构的内部一致性进行检验.研究认为:竞技运动教育价值主要由思想教育、行为教育和文化教育三类价值组成;竞技运动教育价值核心要素为意志教育价值要素(C1-2)、竞争教育价值要素(C2-3)和技能教育价值要素(C3-2).实现竞技运动教育价值的基本路径是:需要促进各级各类学校有效强化在校学生的意志培养;需要激励体育各级机构有效促成公平竞技的竞争氛围;需要鼓励优秀退役选手有效参与全民健身的技能培训等.
