城市化发展的国际经验及浙江城市化发展的对策

摘要

城市化发展的国际经验表明，人均GDP10000美元阶段必须走“要素进一步向大城市集聚、服务进一步向中小城市均衡”的集聚型均衡发展道路。浙江城市化正处于集聚型均衡发展阶段，集聚型均衡发展模式是其必由之路。浙江应大力提升大城市的主导地位，建设高速轨道交通网以推进大郊区化进程，大力构建中小城市均衡的公共服务，形成中小城市内生的发展功力。%International experience of urbanization development shows that at the stage of per capita GDP $10,000, it is important to adopt the cluster and balanced developing mode of ＂clustering the elements around the big cities, spreading the services in small and medium-sized cities＂. The urbanization of Zhejiang is at the stage of cluster and balanced development and the model is indispensable. Zhejiang should improve the leading role of big cities, building the high-speed railway transportation net to expand the urbanization, and establishing the public service in small and medium-sized cities to create the internal developing force of them.
