海藻糖对植物糖代谢的调控及糖感受的介导

摘要

对比了蔗糖与海藻糖的代谢,概述了6-磷酸海藻糖合成酶（TPS）、6-磷酸海藻糖磷酸酯酶（TPP）、海藻糖酶的分子特性。例举海藻糖在植物糖代谢的调控及糖感受的机制方面的研究进展。%The metabolism of trehalose is similar to that of Sucrose. The molecular characterizations of genes which encode TPS, TPP and trehalase are described. Related Emerging evidences supporting the role of trehalose in regulating sugar metabolism and introduction of sugar sensing in the plant are listed.
