分析麻栗坡县边境特殊区位优势,提出抓实＂形象宣传＂、＂人才培养＂、＂招商引资＂和＂优化环境＂四大工程建设,着力推进麻栗坡县桥头堡新高地建设,加快麻栗坡县走向世界融入世界的步伐。%The paper analyzes the special frontier regional advantages of Malipo county and puts forward four project constructions of ＂image propaganda＂,＂talents cultivation＂,＂attracting merchants and luring investments＂ and ＂beautifying environment＂,aiming at improving bridgehead construction and quickening steps into the world.
