It embodies allies＇ postwar peace-building thinking, such as the anti-colonialism and anti - expansionism, economic internationalism,, social security and col- lective disarmament. It also demonstrated the positive features of the allies＇ peace - building, firstly, the conditions of the compre- hensive peace-building, taking both positive peace building and peace-building into account; secondly, the fairness, broadness and openness of peace-building. It is just these positive characteristics that ensues the presence of postwar total peace.
