近年来,马唐在稻田危害加剧并上升为主要杂草.采用整株生物测定法初步诊断11个马唐种群对稻田常用的6种茎叶处理除草剂的敏感性.结果表明,马唐对精唑禾草灵、氰氟草酯、双草醚较敏感,田间推荐高剂量、50%剂量下鲜质量抑制率基本达90%以上.在此基础上进一步测定不同马唐种群对3个不太敏感药剂五氟磺草胺、二氯喹啉酸、唑酰草胺的抗性水平发现,马唐对唑酰草胺、五氟磺草胺产生了低水平抗性,并且3个种群对这2种药剂同时具有抗性.%Digitaria sanguinalis occurrence in rice fields is seriously increasing thus becoming one of the principal weed species.We conducted whole-plant bioassays to test the susceptibility of 11 Digitaria sanguinalis populations to six post-emergence herbicides frequently used in paddy fields.All D.sanguinalis populations tested were sensitive to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl,cyhalofop-butyl and bispyribac-sodium;fresh weight of D.sanguinalis seedlings was inhibited > 90% by the herbicides at 0.5 × the labeled dose.We further tested the resistance factors of different populations to penoxsulam,quinclorac and metamifop.We found that D.sanguinalis has evolved low resistance to penoxsulam and metamifop.Moreover,three D.sanguinalis populations with multiple-resistance were found.
