基于Zeta电位分析的滨海淤泥质吹填土泥浆絮凝试验研究

         

摘要

研究了天津、连云港两地高浓度淤泥质吹填土泥浆,在添加高分子量的阳离子(CPAM)、阴离子(APAM)、非离子(NPAM)聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝(PAC)及有机、无机混合溶剂后,胶体颗粒表面Zeta电位变化过程。试验结果表明,两地吹填土电位变化过程相似,各类絮凝剂都可以使吹填泥浆形成胶体并发生沉降,且CPAM、PAC、PAC+CPAM、PAC+NPAM都能使吹填土颗粒表面Zeta电位发生正负改变,泥水分离现象明显,PAC+NPAM组合絮凝效果最为理想。Zeta电位位于0~4.927区间内时,最有利于泥浆絮凝。%In this paper, the Zeta potential change process on colloid particles′surface of mud with high con⁃centration and muddy dredger fill in Tianjin and Lianyungang was studied after adding high molecular weight CPAM, APAM, NPAM, PAC, organic and inorganic mixed solvent. The test results show that potential changes of dredger fill in the two places are similar. All kinds of flocculants can make hydraulic fill slurry form colloid and cause settlement, and CPAM, PAC, PAC+CPAM, PAC+NPAM can make Zeta potential on colloid particles′surface of dredger fill change between positive and negative. Slurry separation is obvious, and the combined flocculation of PAC+NPAM is the most ideal. When the Zeta potential is between 0 and 4.927, it is beneficial to slurry flocculate.
