Changsha integrated junction possesses the comprehensive functions of both navigation improve⁃ment and power generation. The reservoir operation management plays an important role for making full use of the functions and maximizes the benefit. In view of the existing problems in reservoir optimal operation and the main functions of Changsha integrated junction, a multi⁃objective model was introduced, and three management schemes were also established:the scheduling models and schematic studies aim for maximizing the capacity of Changsha in⁃tegrated junction;the scheduling models and schematic studies aim for ensuring base flow of navigation of Chang⁃sha integrated junction downstream;the scheduling models and schematic studies aim for multi⁃objective schedul⁃ing decision model of Changsha integrated junction. These three models were solved by using dynamic program⁃ming. Studies have shown that the optimization scheduling results have greater progress than design results.%长沙枢纽是具备城市供水、改善通航和发电等功能的综合水利设施,充分发挥其功能和效益,水库运行调度起至关重要的作用。针对长沙综合枢纽水库优化调度中存在的问题及枢纽的主要功能,建立了多目标模型,提出了3个研究方案:以发电量最大为目标的长沙综合枢纽调度模型及方案研究;以保障下游航运基流提高通航保证率为目标的调度模型及方案研究;长沙综合枢纽水库多目标调度决策模型与方案研究。运用动态规划法对目标进行求解,产生了各目标模型的最优解。研究表明,在选取走的各典型年里,模型优化调度结果比设计方案结果有较大进步。
