拱桥顶升的方案选择与顶升过程的受力分析

         

摘要

A new method for jacking an arch bridge in Hu’nan Province is described after contrasting four schemes , which uses whole-process contacting limit .In the whole jacking process ,the vertical limit column contacting with the both ends of the bridge not only can provide the vertical and horizontal limit efficiently ,but also can resist the longitudi-nal horizontal force coming from the arch feet .The stressing principle with the arch bridge and columns working together is analyzed in details ,and the process of jacking is simulated by using MIDAS /Civil .Simultaneously ,the change trends of the horizontal force ,stress and deformation of the bridge are analyzed with the lifting height increasing ,then it is known that the most dangerous working condition is the maximum elevation of jacking ,but to underpinning slab ,the be-ginning of lifting is most dangerous .The analysis results show that the stiffness of the limit column has less effect on the bridge’s internal force ,but has larger effect on deformation .The contacting friction coefficient of the limit column has little influence on the internal force of the bridge and limit ,but has significant influence on that of the underpinning slab . In design and construction ,it is better to adopt the lager stiffness of limit and less friction force of contacting interface .%结合湖南某拱桥整体顶升工程,通过4种顶升方案的对比提出了全过程接触限位拱桥顶升方法。在顶升全过程中,与桥体两端全过程接触的竖向限位柱不仅能够提供纵横向的有效限位,同时能抵抗拱脚产生的纵向水平推力。详细分析了桥体与限位柱的协同受力原理,并采用 MIDAS/Civil 有限元软件模拟顶升过程,分析了桥体水平推力、应力、变形随顶升高度的变化规律,得出顶升最不利位置为顶升最高点,但托换平台最不利工况为初始顶升位置。分析表明,限位柱刚度对桥体内力影响较小,对变形影响略大;限位柱接触面摩擦系数对桥体、限位柱内力影响不大,但对托换平板影响显著。工程中宜采用较大限位柱刚度,尽量减小界面摩擦力。
