底铰式钢闸门底横轴结构优化及分析

         

摘要

底铰式钢闸门由于整体用钢量大,造价较高,影响了该产品的推广。为进一步优化底铰式钢闸门的结构,降低其制造成本,结合工程实例,对底铰式钢闸门底横轴的设计方法进行了介绍,通过截面剪应力和正应力的计算,指出了等截面形式的不经济性,阐述了可通过变截面底横轴的形式在保证结构安全的前提下,提高底横轴结构的经济性,并通过计算截面应力进行了验证。此外对变截面底横轴结构的优点和弊端进行了论述和验算,说明变截面底横轴结构在节省用钢量、降低制造成本的同时,会降低抗扭刚度,增大底横轴扭转角,降低钢闸门溢流的整体美观性,并提出了解决该弊端的思路。%Because of the larger steel-used amount and higher cost of bottom-hinged steel gate ,its promotion is hindered . In order to further optimize its structure and reduce its cost ,the design of its bottom shaft is introduced here .Through the calculation of the shear stress and normal stress of its cross section ,the diseconomy of constant section form is indicated , and the economy of the bottom shaft is expounded and proved under the variable cross section form and structural safety ensuring .In addition ,the merits and demerits of the variable cross section bottom shaft are discussed and checked .The results show that the variable cross section bottom shaft form not only could save the steel amount and lower the cost ,but also decrease the torsional stiffness and increase the torsional angle ,which would also influence the image of the project . At last ,the solution to solve this problem is proposed .
