采用典型粗糙体—刚性面接触模型,针对完全弹性与理想弹塑性两种材料,分析法向接触刚度等效方法是否准确.发现一般方法在处理弹塑性接触时存在较大差并揭示其本质原因.通过引入界面接触层,提出接触界面等效新方法并验证其准确性,实现对原系统准确动力等效.采用两种等效方法通过实例对比分析对动力系统振动特性影响,为工程实际中含接触界面系统动力学研究提供参考.%With a the typical rough-body-and-rigid-plane contact model, both fully elastic and elastic-plastic material were used to analyze if the general equivalent method for normal contact stiffness is accurate. Significant error was found when dealing with elastic-plastic contact and the essential reason was revealed. By introducing an interfacial contact layer, a new interfacial equivalent method was presented and the accuracy of the new method was tested. The accurate dynamic equivalence of the original system was finally achieved. The effect of the two equivalent methods on vibrating characteristic of a dynamic system was contrastively analyzed through an actual example.
