Receptance coupling substructure analysis (RCSA)technique is the major approach to obtain tool tip frequency response functions (FRFs)of machine tools,and its precision is primarily controlled by end FRFs of each substructure and parameters of each interface between two substructures.Currently,there isn't a mature algorithm to identify parameters of each interface.Here,the transfer matrix method and RCSA were used to predict tool tip FRFs,and PSO algorithm was used to determine the parameters of spindle-holder and holder-tool interfaces by minimizing the difference between the predicted and the measured tool tip FRFs before the parameteric identification.Comparison between the predicted results and the measured ones after the parametric identification showed that they agree well and demonstrated that the proposed identification method is effective to recognize parameters of spindle-holder and holder-tool interfaces.%针对获取刀尖频响函数的动柔度耦合子结构分析方法(RCSA)精度受子结构端点频响函数及各结合面参数影响,各子结构间结合面参数辨识方法研究尚未成熟之问题,研究利用传递矩阵法与RCSA耦合算法预测刀尖频响函数,利用PSO优化算法最小化理论及实验结果,辨识主轴-刀柄与刀柄-刀具结合面参数。比较结果发现,预测、实验刀尖频响函数一致性较好,说明该辨识方法能有效识别主轴-刀柄与刀柄-刀具结合面参数。
