The damage of pear caused by the vibration and the change of viscoelasticity of pear in the process of transportation was studied.The transportation process was simulated by using an equivalent vibrator.Vibration signals were collected and analyzed by the system of DASP,the viscoelastic of pear was tested by a texture analyzer and a corresponding rheological model was established. The results show that the damage volume and acceleration transmissibility of pear fruit increase with the increase of vibration acceleration and decrease with the increase of frequency;the creep of pear fruit increases with the increase of vibration time,and decreases with the increase of vibration frequency;under the same vibration acceleration,the low frequency vibration is more detrimental to the carriage of pears and under the same vibration frequency,the stronger the vibration intensity,the more serious the damage to pears.%研究运输过程中梨因振动引起的损伤以及其黏弹性的变化。利用振动台模拟运输条件,用 DASP 对信号进行采集并进行分析,用质构仪对梨果实进行黏弹性分析,并建立相应的流变模型,进行参数识别。梨果实的损伤体积和加速度传递率随振动加速度的增大而增大,随频率的增大而减小;梨果实的蠕变量随振动时间的延长而增大,随振动频率的增大而减小;相同振动加速度下低频对梨果实的运输最为不利,相同振动频率,振动加速度越大,对梨损害越严重。
